Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Trendify. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

Who can use Trendify

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires). Accounts for people under 18 are private by default and have extra protections.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information, including your date of birth. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app or at https://trendify.khayalai.net/delete-account.

Your content

You own the videos, comments and messages you create. You give Trendify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, show, share and adapt them (for example to make thumbnails or other formats) so we can run the service. If you allow downloads or remixes, other users may use your video within the app’s features. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies others already shared or that we must keep by law.

What’s not allowed

You may not post content that breaks the law or our Community Guidelines, including: sexual content involving minors; nudity and sexual content; hate speech; harassment and bullying; violent extremism; dangerous challenges and self-harm promotion; scams and spam; impersonation; content that infringes others’ intellectual property; and private information about others. You may not use bots, fake accounts or paid schemes to inflate views, thunders or followers, or try to manipulate Trending.

Moderation

We use automated tools and human reviewers. We can remove content, limit its reach (for example keep it out of Trending), restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts. When we act, we tell you why and how to appeal in Account status.

Copyright

We respond to valid takedown requests and close the accounts of repeat infringers. See our copyright page.

Paid features

Any coins, gifts or boosts are sold through the App Store or Google Play and follow their purchase and refund rules.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we’ll ask you to accept important changes before you post again. You can stop using Trendify at any time.
